Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
